New rodeo stars will be born during the wild and crazy Dairyland Donkey Basketball Show at the Little River School gym in Little River on March 24 starting at 6:15 p.m.

It’s basketball played on real, live donkeys and it will be wilder than a rodeo and funnier than a circus. All local players will be riding, so come out and see someone you know try to ride a donkey and play basketball at the same time.  It’s a thrill a minute, a spill a minute.  Laugh as you’ve never laughed before at the wild and crazy donkey basketball show.

This fun-filled show is sponsored by the Little River Learning Center.  All of the proceeds will be for the benefit of the children attending the Little River Learning Center. Advanced tickets are on sale and can be purchased at the Little River State Bank, 310 Main St., Little River; Lyons State Bank, 101 E. Main, Lyons and Little River Learning Center, 315 W. Prairie, Little River for $8.

Tickets may also be available at the gate for $10 per ticket if there is space available.

Questions about this event can be directed to Director Becky Sears at 620-897-6263.

A free-will donation potato and dessert Bar will be held prior to the show from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Little River School Commons Area.
