The McPherson County Community Foundation is pleased to announce the following grants administered by the McPherson County Community Foundation.

$500 – Inman Public Library

To be used for summer reading program of Space Exploration. This grant is made possible by the Kansas Health Foundation Children’s Fund.

 

$995 – Moundridge Recreation Commission

To provide a JUGS baseball and softball pitching machine. This grant is made possible by the Youth Fitness for Life and the Kansas Health Foundation Children’s Fund.

$3,000 – National Inventor’s Hall of Fame

To assist with scholarships for students to attend Camp Invention. This grant is made possible by the Kansas Health Foundation Children’s Fund.

$2,500 – WACCC

For the Mammo Ammo program. This grant is made possible by the Wedel Health Fund.

$800 – Scouts BSA Troop 1000

This grant is for the startup costs of providing a Boy Scouts of America troop for girls age 11-18. This grant is made possible by the Kansas Health Foundation Children’s Fund.

$4,000 – Prairie View

To provide programming for the Alzheimer & Parkinson’s Support Group. This grant is made possible by the Wedel Health Fund.

 

LINDSBORG / DN FUND GRANTS

 

The following grants are made possible by the Lindsborg / DN Fund, administered by the McPherson County Community Foundation.

$110,000 – Lindsborg Convention & Visitors Bureau

To be used to pay for a portable event/ performance stage.

$25,000 – City of Lindsborg Recreation Department

To provide a community wellness / recreation feasibility study.

$25,000 – Lindsborg Community Hospital Association

To assist with providing technology: telehealth & virtual education.

$9,000 – Lindsborg Senior Center

For roof repairs.

$1,500 – Lindsborg Dog Park: Central Bark

To provide benches for the dog park.

$10,000 – Messiah Lutheran Church

To address costs associated with moisture penetration into the church.
