McPherson Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of a physician assistant to its family medicine clinics. Nick Vogts, PA-C has begun seeing patients in the hospital’s physician clinics located on the hospital grounds.
Vogts was born in Newton and grew up in Canton, graduating from Canton-Galva High School in 2012. He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration of pre-physician assistant from Emporia State University in 2016. Vogts received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri in 2018 with a 4.0 grade point average. While at Missouri State, he completed rotations in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Vascular Medicine, Trauma/General Surgery, Pediatrics and OB/GYN and Family Medicine.
Vogts can care for patients of all ages in family medicine and has a special interest in orthopedics.
