Sandra “Sandy” Gaylene Clark, 66, of McPherson, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, surrounded by family at Select Specialty Hospital, Wichita.  Sandy was a retired home health care aide for Angel Arms, McPherson.

Sandy was born on Aug. 30, 1952, in Wichita, the daughter of William “Bill” Duane and Nancy Louise (Luginbill) Record.  She was united in marriage to David William Clark on Dec. 19, 1981, in McPherson.

Survivors include: her husband, David of the home; daughter, Billi Mowbray and husband, Darin, of McPherson; mother, Louise Record of Wichita; two grandchildren, Seth Mowbray of Lenexa, and Sami Reitsma and husband, Chance, of McPherson; and a brother, Randy Record of  Topeka.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Record, and step-son, Richard Clark.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, June 13, 2019, at Stockham Family Funeral Home, McPherson.  The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, June 14, at Stockham Family Funeral Home with Pastor George Bocox officiating.  A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, at Miltonvale Cemetery, Miltonvale.
