Mac College Honor Roll

McPherson College, a four-year private college located in central Kansas, recognizes its highest academic achievers in its spring 2019 Honor Roll and Honorable Mention.

To qualify for the honor roll, students must be a full-time student and earn a grade point average of 3.55 or higher during the previous term. Students earning a grade point average of 3.25 to 3.54 are named to the honorable mention.

McPherson College offers more than 20 bachelor's and pre-professional programs with curriculum that emphasizes entrepreneurship and career-focused education. It was ranked this year by U.S. News & World Report on its "Best Colleges" list and recognized by Money Magazine for "Best Colleges for Your Money." The college was also recognized for the fourth year in a row as a "Great College to Work For" by the Chronicle of Higher Education.

Claire Wiens named to spring deans list/honor roll at Nebraska

LINCOLN - Claire Wiens of McPherson has been named to the deans list/Explore Center List of Distinguished Students at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for the spring semester of the 2018-19 academic year.

Wiens, a junior advertising and public relations major, was named to the Dean’s List for the College of Journalism and Mass Communications.

 HAYS – Deans at Fort Hays State University have named 1,668 students to the Deans Honor Roll for the spring 2019 semester.

The Deans Honor Roll includes undergraduate students only. To be eligible, students must have completed 12 or more credit hours and earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.60 for the semester. Full-time on-campus and FHSU Virtual College students are eligible.
