The McPherson School District recently awarded more than $22,000 in education endowment grants to staff within the district for projects with students. 

Grants awarded included: 

• Growing Classroom Libraries with Diverse Books: $993.862.

• Outfitting MMS Engineering Class with Tools: $1,238.853.

• Playing at the Playground: $1,500.004.

• Preschool Themes $1,414.245.

• Reflective Learning with Swivel: $1,462.416.

• Version 5 VEX System Bundles: $2,626.527.

• APE Exercise Goal/Data Tracking using Polar Wrist Band: $1,149.758.

• Writer’s Workshop with John David Anderson: $3,282.17

• MMS Social Studies Field Trips: $5,120.00

• Extending Literacy through Theater: $1,385.56

• MHS Scholarships : $2,000.0
