The McPherson County Health Department announced Thursday that it has been notified of two additional positive cases of COVID-19.
McPherson County now has a total of 22 cases, increasing by two and being its first cases reported since Apr. 23.
One case involves a female in her 50s with unknown exposure and is recovering at home. The second case in a female in her 40s with known exposure to a cluster facility and is recovering at home.
Sixteen of the 22 cases have met the recovery guidelines set by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Three cases are currently hospitalized.
