The McPherson 12U Reds were victorious all weekend during McPherson's Summer Slam, winning all five games and taking first place after the tournament. Here are the highlights of each game.

McPherson 12 West Urban VC Bombers 6

 It was a shaky start for the Reds early on as they trailed 6-2, but made a stunning comeback, defeating the VC Bombers 12-6. Brenden Doile was the winning pitcher on the mound for the Reds. Carter Allen, Brock Richardson and Brody Seidl each earned two runs. Richardson captured a triple and Allen recorded a double for the Reds.

 McPherson 9 Andale 5

Similar to game one, the Reds were behind early, but still, pull through in the end against Andale. The Reds dominated in the third by scoring six runs. Bayer White recorded two RBIs for the Reds. Six Reds each had one hit. Jase Fitzmorris was the winning pitcher.

McPherson 10 Andale 3

 In Round two against Andale, the Reds dominated with a 10-3 win. Richardson led the Reds with a triple and a double. White also recorded a triple and Seidl collected two doubles. Hayden Hoxie had one double. Hoxie pitched all five innings on the mound and captured the win.

McPherson 11 Pratt 8 

The Reds had a dominating 9-2 lead, but Pratt wouldn't quit. However, the Reds outlasted Pratt 11-8. Four Reds recorded two hits. Ian Razak hit a triple, and Chase Garibaldi collected two runs, Allen pitched all seven innings to capture the win on the mound. 

McPherson 8 West Urban VC Bombers 1

The Reds dominated on the defensive side as they completed the tournament with 8-1 win over the VC Bombers. Razak only surrendered one run and zero walks. Seven different Reds each had a single the whole game.
