The McPherson Pipeliners finally end it's losing slump on the road after defeating the Kansas Curve 7-5 on Thursday. The Pipeliners improve to 7-15 of the season.

The Pipeliners had a 5-2 lead going into the seventh inning until the Curve came back with a three-run score and tying the ballgame. The Pipeliners broke the tie in the ninth by collecting two runs to clinch the victory.

The batting was strong for the Pipeliners as they collected 13 hits. Tyler Brown was 5-for-5 at the plate. Jake Selco was 3-for-4, and both Roger Viloria and Kevin Fleisher picked up two hits each.

Harry Park started on the mound and pitched through six innings, finishing the night with six strikeouts.

The Pipeliners will hold the Little Liners Camp on Friday at 6 p.m. at Edward Jones Stadium. Next game will be on Saturday against the Valley Center Mud Daubers.
